This is still one of my favorite panels, largely because of the 23 panels of setup to get here. It’s actually a pretty nice story about grit and determination, but ultimately Kagura completely misses the point about how Tomo is super in love with Yomi, so much so that she’d try super hard to get into the same school as her.

(Note: this is probably not the case, but I’m trying to BS my way to a solution that makes Kagura look like she’s missing the point for some reason (I think because boredom? Ehhhh, I do love rereading Azumanga though)) (Why am I writing so much about this panel, I don’t even)
